If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, including all documentation and labels.

  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the package to our distribution center via our authorized courier or drop it off at any official New Balance store.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
